• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel anytime via your organization’s billing settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Refunds are not guaranteed, but may be considered at our discretion in cases of system error or service disruption.

Your privacy matters. Our collection and use of data are described in our Privacy Policy. By using Evalico, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States and other jurisdictions where we operate.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and branding on Evalico are owned by Evalico LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of the data you upload, but grant Evalico a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service.

8. Feedback

We welcome feedback and suggestions. By submitting feedback, you grant Evalico a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it for improving the Service.

9. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Evalico may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or security updates.

You may stop using Evalico at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if:

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Evalico LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by local law.

15. International Use

Evalico is accessible worldwide. If you use the Service outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with local laws. Evalico does not guarantee that its Service or features are appropriate for all regions.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting on this page. The “Effective Date” above will be updated. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
